School No. 3 Student Council meets on average twice a month during recess. All fourth grade students have the opportunity to join the Student Council. The Student Council has three committees: Fundraising/Service Committee, Spirit Committee and Happy Hornets Committee. The Fundraising/Service Committee plans two fundraisers a year, after which the students vote on where to donate the money. This committee also does collections throughout the year to service the community. The Spirit Committee plans fun spirit days and weeks for the whole school to participate in! The Happy Hornets Committee plans fun school wide activities. Last year, they organized school-wide Blooket and Kahoot games.
